Timmons moved a recommendation that the conditional use permit <br />be granted for the construction of five four- plexes with the <br />requirement that additional storage space he provided for each <br />unit and that no outdoor storage will be allowed on the property <br />and further with the requirement that the necessary documents <br />for landscaping be submitted. <br />Motion seconded by Mr. Ducharme. <br />Motion carried 7 - O. <br />'qrs. Timmons moved a recommendation that the conditional use permit <br />be granted for the joint use of driveways on Lots 4 and 5 and Lots <br />2 and 3 and granting an easement on the Old County Road C right -of- <br />way for the driveway for Lot 1. and with the requirement of a hold <br />harmless agreement between the developer and the City holding the <br />City not liable for anything on City property and with the <br />requirement of submission of a maintenance agreement on the <br />joint driveways tq_be approved by the city Attorney and the <br />requirement that the driveways be at least 20 feet wide and <br />further requiring that four outdoor parking spaced he provided <br />on the opposite side of the parking lots from the garages and <br />lastly with the requirement of the submission of a disclaimer <br />by the developer of adverse possession of City property. <br />'lotion seconded by lr.
