Hall stated that he would not support a service <br />facility at this location. Schultz agreed and indicated that they can do <br />service in Eagan or else subcontract the work out. Schultz reported thaC <br />they currently have two service people in their Little Canada location who <br />install pool liners. <br />Barraclough asked about the layout of the existing building. Schultz <br />indicated that they would have 10% of the floor area for Chese vehicles and <br />would likely display 6 vehicles at a time. <br />Socha recommended approval of the Planned Unit Development Permit <br />allowing indoor sales and display of small motorcycles, ATVs, and <br />scooters as well as a Conditional Use Permit allowing a retail motor <br />vehicle sales license (indoor only) for All American Recreation at 2940 <br />Rice Street subject to the recommendations of the City Planner as outlined <br />in his report dated June 5, 2006, subject to there being no service center <br />for these vehicles at this location, there is no test driving of these vehicles <br />at this location, and the size of the vehicles is limited to 500 cc's. <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Rheaume. <br />Motion carried 6 - 1. Duray voted against. <br />REVOCATION The City Administrator appeared before the Commission recommending <br />OF CUP - the revocation of two Conditional Use Permits for Valor Enterprises. He <br />3161, 3165, reviewed the Code Enforcement Officer's report dated June 1, 2006 which <br />3167 SPRUCE outlines the long history of code enforcement issues at this property. The <br />STREET - Administrator noted that CUP's were issued for auto retail sales as well <br />VALOR as open and outdoor storage in December of 1999. From almost the onset <br />ENTERPRISES there have been continuous enforcement issues at Valor Enterprises. The <br /> major conditions of the CUP which are in violation include: <br /> No outdoor storage of junk or debris; <br /> Allowable storage of 20 repairable vehicles and 30 for-sale <br /> vehicles; <br /> Parking areas to be surfaced; <br /> Perimeter curbing Co be installed. <br />The Administrator indicated that the property owner will say Chat drainage <br />conditions have prevented him from surfacing and curbing the site as <br />required. The Administrator again noted the long history oi' compliance <br />issues at this property which commenced almost from the start.
