Mr. Chlebeck stated that the Council had requested MnDOT officials to
appear at the 9 March Council meeting to discuss this. Mr. Licht
suggested that while problems and some solutions could be explored and
voiced, the real point of the Council meeting would appear to be
scheduling of detailed planning for the project and scheduling of when
possible construction might take place. It was additionally concluded
that Little Canada staff should meet with the County prior to the 9
March meeting. In view of the fact that Little Canada Road also requires
impovement, this should be scheduled along with the Bridge improvement.
It was concluded that a meeting with the County will be scheduled with
tlr. Chlebeck for staff hours on 28 February. Mr. Zack also will send
a tenative schedule of planning and construction of the bridge. Mr.
VanBerkom stated he would supply Mr. Licht with a blue line copy of their
layout of the bridge and Little Canada Road as it now exists. This can
be utilized for discussions with the County.
cc: Joe Chlebeck
Roger Glanzer
Don Carley
NIE,T2avzi
FEB 14 1933
CITY OF
LITTLE CANADA
