MINUTES <br />Planning Commission <br />July 14, 1988 <br />Gardner Costa asked if the Planning Commission would have an opportunity to review <br />Bros. the building plans for the mini - warehouse buildings. <br />(Cont.) <br />Heller reported that he has submitted these plans to the Building <br />Inspector. <br />The City Planner reported that the Planning Commission will review the <br />final stage PUD plans as a completion of the process and the mini - warehouse <br />plans will be a part of these plans. <br />Petroleum Joe Kidsing, Petroleum Maintenance, appeared before the Commission <br />Maintenance requesting the combination of Lots 3 and 4 on Spruce Street in Ryan <br />Industrial Park. Kidsing reported that there is an existing building <br />on Lot 3 and Petroleum Maintenance is planning an addition to this <br />building. The addition will be a metal building and will be used for <br />cold storage. There will be no hazardous materials stored in the <br />building. <br />Herkenhoff pointed out the plan for a wooden fence to screen outdoor <br />storage. Herkenhoff asked if chain -link would be preferable to wood. <br />The City Planner replied that a wood fence would provide better screening. <br />The Commission expressed concern with the condition of some of the sites <br />in Ryan Park. <br />The City Planner stated that if a nuisance develops on thepropertY, the <br />City can enforce its Codes. However, the issue before the Commission <br />this evening is the lot combination. <br />Mr. Perlinger recommended approval of the combination of Lots 3 and 4 <br />as requested by Petroleum Maintenance subject to compliance with the <br />recommendations of the City Planner as outlined in his letter dated <br />July 7, 1988. <br />Motion seconded by Schweizer. <br />Motion carried 6 - 0. <br />Hall/ The City Planner reported that the City is seeking the division of the <br />Meron Hall /Meron property on Centerville Road since the City is purchasing <br />Property the back portion of the property as City park land. This parcel will <br />Division become Tract A and will be incorporated into the Centerville Road area <br />park. <br />Mr. DeLonais recommended approval of the Hall /Meron property division as <br />presented based on the City's purchase of Tract A as City park property <br />subject to the recommendations of the City Planner as contained in his <br />July 11, 1988 report. <br />Motion seconded by Schweizer. <br />Motion carried 6 - 0. <br />Page 3 <br />
