As shown on the site plan sub- <br />mitted, the accessory building meets all requirements outlined per ordinance. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Based on the above review, our office recommends approval of the conditional use <br />permit to allow a second accessory building to be used for the hobby of restoring <br />vintage cars contingent upon the following: <br />1. The garage is used strictly for hobby use and that a commercial use is not <br />permitted. <br />2. The exterior of the building is similar to the principal structure's exterior. <br />3. The storage of cars or equipment outside of the accessory building is not allowed. <br />4.
