DISORDERLY CONDUCT <br />1201.010. DISTURBING THE PUBLIC. Any person or persons who shall <br />make, aid or countenance, or assist in making any noise, riot, disturbance <br />or improper diversion, to the annoyance or disturbance of the citizens, or <br />other person or persons in said City; or who collect in bodies or crowds <br />in any street or public place in said City, so as to obstruct public <br />travel thereon, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. <br />1201.020. INDECENT EXPOSURE. Any person or persons who shall appear <br />in any street or public place in said City in a state of nudity, or in a <br />dress not belonging to his or her sex, or in any indecent or lewd dress, <br />or shall make any indecent exposure of his or her person, or be guilty of <br />any obscene or filthy act, or of any lewd, indecent, immoral or insulting <br />conduct, language or behavior, or shall exhibit, sell or offer to sell, <br />any indecent or lewd book, picture or other thing or shall exhibit or <br />perform any indecent, immoral or lewd play or other representation, shall <br />be guilty of a misdemeanor. <br />1201.030. DRINKING UPON PUBLIC STREETS. No person shall, upon the <br />public streets, lanes, roads or alleys of said City, or being a trespasser <br />upon the private premises of another, be in a state of drunkenness or <br />drink beer or other intoxicating beverages. <br />1201.040. TRESPASSING ON PRIVATE PROPERTY. No person shall trespass <br />on the private premises of others in said City. <br />(Source: Ord. 7) <br />1202. MINORS IN PUBLIC PLACES <br />1202.010. MINORS. It shall be unlawful for any minor under the age <br />of eighteen (18) years to loiter, idle or be in or upon the public <br />streets, highways, roads, alleys, parks, playgrounds or other public <br />grounds, public places and public buildings, places of amusement, <br />entertainment, or refreshment, vacant lots or other unsupervised places <br />between the hours of 10:00 o'clock p.m. and 5:00 o'clock a.m. the <br />following day; provided, however, that the provision of this Section shall <br />Page 37 <br />
