MINUTES <br />Planning Commission <br />,‘ Sept. 13, 1984 <br />R & S <br />(Cont.) <br />Mrs. Kingsbury recommended that the R & S conditional use permit <br />for outdoor storage be approved. <br />Motion seconded by Mr. Durcharme. <br />Motion carried 7 — 0.. <br />Roads Mr. DeLonais indicated that he preferred alternative `5 for the <br />road layout for the G'oodlyn Avenue area. <br />Cucharrne <br />Property <br />Division <br />*Mr. Rustad asked if a full — sized road would he necessary. DeLonais <br />replied that when the area develops, a full — sized road would be <br />necessary. DeLonais stated that he did not foresee any development <br />in the area until one of the pieces of property would sell. <br />Mr. Davison felt that with proper traffic controls, alternative #5 <br />would be preferable. <br />The Commission discussed the various alternatives and it was the <br />concensus that , "5 was the best solution. <br />Mr. Peri1nger recommended that the City accept Alternative ;1`5 for the <br />road plan for the Woodlyn Avenue area. <br />Motion seconded by Ur. Ducharme. <br />Hotion carried 7 — 0. <br />'Ars. Yingsbury stated that some of the Counciimembers are considering <br />that they do not want auto salvage operations in the City. Mr. DeLonais <br />pointed out that the R & S operation would only be visible from Ryan <br />Industrial Park. Mr. French stated that if ,a road goes through the <br />area, the property use would change. <br />Mr. Tom Ducharme appeared before the Commission requesting approval <br />for the moving of a lot line on Centerville Road by 10 feet in order <br />that a row of pine trees would become his brother's property. The <br />remaining lot would have 90 feet of frontage and does meet square <br />footage requirements. Ducharme also commented that utility easements <br />will he provider) around the lot lines. <br />Mr. French recommended approval of the Ducharme property division <br />as presented. <br />Motion seconded by Mr. Perlinger. <br />Motion carried 6 — 0. Mr. nucharme abstained. <br />
