Mr. Frattalone owns 10.8 acres of
Property property on Centerville Road. The property is currently zoned Light -
industrial and Mr. Frattalone would like to sell the property.
Mr. Hilderman asked if the Commission would be agreeable to splitting
the property into 4 2 1/2 acre plots and changing the zoning of the
back half of the property to R -2. Mr. Frattalone would also dedicate
the additional roadway easement that would be necessary for DeSoto Avenue.
Mr. DeLonais asked if the intent was to keep the front half of the
property along Centerville Road light industrial. Mr. Frattalone
replied that it was.
Mr. Grittman stated that in reviewing the comprehensive plan, it is
highly encourage that the property in this area be changed to R -2.
Page -4-
