Mr. Speckleman replied
that this is the nature of the business.
Mr. Costa asked why Mr. Tubessing was required to appear before the
Planning Commission. Mr. Speckleman reported that Mr. Chlebeck
requested that they appear before the Planning Commission. Apparently,
there has been feedback to the City because of the retail cars being
parked in front of the building.
Mrs. Kingsbury pointed out that the Planning Commission received no
information on this matter.
Mr. Tubessing reported that he had two retail cars parked in the parking
lot and the Building Inspector informed him that he could not put
prices in the windows and sell those cars from the lot.
The Planner reported that the area is properly zoned for auto sales.
Mr. Speckleman reported that they wanted to get on the Council agenda
to discuss the matter and Mr. Chlebeck indicated that they should go
through the Planning Commission first.
