BID PROPOSAL <br />TO: The City of Little Canada <br />515 Little Canada Road <br />Little Canada, Minnesota. 55117 <br />RE: <br />Gentlemen <br />Little Canada Project - 501 -75 -7 <br />Removal of Diseased Trees <br />The undersigned having familiarized_ with the local <br />conditions affecting the cost of the work and the Contract Documents, including <br />Advertisment for Bids, Instructions to Bidders, Performance and Payment Bond <br />requirements, Bid Proposal Forms, Specifications, Plans and the Form of Agreement <br />as on file in the Bid Proposal Forms, Specifications, Plans and the Form of <br />Agreement as on file in the City Offices, hereby proposes the furnishing of <br />all labor equipment, material, and the skill necessary to the completion of <br />The Project 501 -75 -7 in Little Canada, Minnesota all in accordance with the Contract <br />Documents as prepared by the City for the unit prices as set forth hereinafter and in <br />accordance with the Specifications and Special Provisions as provided. <br />Article 2.
