Thee Carlson <br />erwnooneapiesentrfromsthe general public wishing to comment <br />on Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 87 -5 -224 - CLOSING THE <br />PUBLIC HEARING ON THE RON CARLSON REQUEST <br />FOR A SIDEYARD SETBACK VARIANCE <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Collova. <br />Ayes (5) Scalze, Collova, LaVaile, Blesener, Fahey. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 17, Page 242. <br />Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 87 -5 -225 - GRANTING A <br />SIDEYARD SETBACK VARIANCE OF 20 FEET FOR MR. <br />RON CARLSON FOR LOT 10, BLOCK 2, SOUTHERN <br />SLOPES ADDITION, BASED ON THE FACT THAT THE <br />COUNCIL PREVIOUSLY GRANTED THE SAME VARIANCE <br />ON THIS PROPERTY FOR MR.
