Ayes (5) Scalze, Collova, LaVaile, Blesener, Fahey. Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 17, Page 242. Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 87 -5 -225 - GRANTING A SIDEYARD SETBACK VARIANCE OF 20 FEET FOR MR. RON CARLSON FOR LOT 10, BLOCK 2, SOUTHERN SLOPES ADDITION, BASED ON THE FACT THAT THE COUNCIL PREVIOUSLY GRANTED THE SAME VARIANCE ON THIS PROPERTY FOR MR. DUKOWITZ AND THAT THE LOT WAS CREATED BY THE CITY WITH AN UNUSUAL SHAPE AND THAT IN ALL PROBABILITY THE STREET WILL NEVER BE EXTENDED AND SUBJECT TO THE CONDITION THAT NO FURTHER SPLIT OF THE LOT OR VARIANCES WILL BE GRANTED The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Blesener.
