Progression with ensuing years. <br />D. Sick Leave <br />1. Standard Policy. <br />2. One year's credit plus Standard Policy. <br />E. Medical /Dental /Life Insurance <br />1. Amount of coverage and payment for candidate /employee in each <br />area of insurance. <br />2. Qualification of dependents. <br />3. Supplemental life insurance for candidate /employee. <br />F. Moving Allowance <br />1. In addition to the expenses of moving the general household, some <br />items need to be specified, such as moving boats, antiques, and <br />real estate costs, etc. <br />2. Employee is reimbursed for moving costs or submits bids from <br />moving companies. <br />3. "Pay- backs" or bridge loans and repayment schedules and interest. <br />G. Supplemental Living Allowance <br />1. In the event the employee is forced to establish a temporary <br />second home, i.e. pending sale of home and /or family moving, <br />additional compensation may be offered. Generally a dollar <br />amount per month (based on current market for adequate rental <br />property). <br />2. Duration of allowances should be specified. <br />H. Severance Pay <br />1. A specific amount or indication of amount with negotiations <br />allowed, after a specific length of employment. <br />
