MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />JUNE 26, 2013 <br />Boss introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2013 -6 -110 — APPROVING AN INTERIM USE <br />PERMIT FOR OFF -SITE OUTDOOR STORAGE FOR A PERIOD OF <br />FIVE YEARS FOR 200 -208 RYAN DRIVE, RUSS FISCHER, <br />SUBJECT TO COMPLIANCE WITH THE RECOMMENDATIONS <br />OF THE CODE ENFORCEMENT OFFICER AS OUTLINED IN HER <br />MAY 15, 2013 REPORT AND JUNE 21, 2013 REPORT AND <br />RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Keis. <br />Ayes (5). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />McGraw introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2013-6-111 — APPROVING A CONDITIONAL <br />USE PERMIT FOR MAJOR AUTO REPAIR) FOR 200 -208 RYAN <br />DRIVE, RUSS FISCHER, SUBJECT TO COMPLIANCE WITH THE <br />RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE CODE ENFORCEMENT OFFICER <br />AS OUTLINED IN HER MAY1S, 2013 REPORT AND <br />RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Blesener. <br />Ayes (5). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />Keis introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2013 -6 -112 — APPROVING RENEWAL OF <br />LAPSED CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR STORAGE <br />CONTAINERS FOR 200 -208 RYAN DRIVE, RUSS FISCHER, <br />SUBJECT TO COMPLIANCE WITH THE RECOMMENDATIONS <br />OF THE CODE ENFORCEMENT OFFICER AS OUTLINED IN HER <br />MAY 15, 2013 REPORT AND RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Montour. <br />Ayes (5). <br />Nays (0).
