MINUTES <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />May 3, 1990 <br />from the bulk of the property located north of East <br />Rose Place. Raiolo reported that he and Mr. <br />Engebretson have arrived at a price so that Raiolo can <br />purchase the land and combine it with his adjacent lot. <br />Raiolo reported that the property has not been <br />maintained by Engebretson, nor has he allowed Raiolo to <br />maintain the property. Therefore, the combination of <br />the piece with the Raiolo lot will improve the <br />appearance of the area. <br />There was no one from the general public present <br />wishing to comment on this matter. <br />DeLonais recommended approval of the subdivision of the <br />Engebretson property located south of East Rose Place <br />and the combination of that piece with the Raiolo <br />property subject to compliance with the recommendations <br />of the City Planner as contained in his report dated <br />April 30, 1990. <br />Motion seconded by Costa. <br />Motion carried 5 - 0. <br />Raiolo asked about the Planner's recommendation that a <br />survey of the property be required. Raiolo pointed out <br />that the property is essentially worthless, and he had <br />hoped to go through this process as inexpensively as <br />possible. <br />The Planner replied that the County may require the <br />survey in order to record the combination. The City <br />Engineer will review easements, and will make a <br />recommendation as to whether or not additional <br />easements are required. Such easements would need to <br />be recorded. <br />SUBDIVISION There was no one in attendance to present the Kroiss <br />KROISS subdivision request. <br />Herkenhoff recommended that the Kroiss subdivision <br />request be tabled until the June 14th Planning <br />Commission meeting. <br />Motion seconded by Costa. <br />Motion carried 5 - 0. <br />Page 6 <br />
