MINUTES PLANNING COMMISSION JUNE 14, 1990 diagram showing exactly what Mr. Stewart is proposing. Mr. Garske recommended that the Stewart property division and variance request be tabled until the next Planning Commission meeting pending additional information. Motion seconded by Drabik. Motion carried 7 - 0. MOSTAD Mr. Mike Kettic, attorney representing Gertrude Mostad, PROPERTY appeared before the Commission requesting approval of DIVISION the division of the Mostad property along Noel Drive into four lots. The City Planner reviewed his report dated June 11, 1990. The Commission discussed the Planner's recommendation for timing of removal of the garage and shed on Tract D. The Planner reported that the property division should be submitted in the form of a plat. Once the preliminary plat is approved, the applicant can final plat one tract at a time, thus when Tract D receives final plat approval, that is when the garage and shed would have to be removed. The applicant would not need to final plat each of the tracts until she is ready to sell them. Mr. DeLonais recommended approval of the Mostad preliminary plat of four lots along Noel Drive subject to the recommendations of the City Planner as contained in his report dated June 11, 1990. Motion seconded by Herkenhoff. ST. JOHN'S Mr. Jim Speckmann, attorney representing St. John's CHURCH Church, appeared before the Commission requesting PROPERTY approval of a property division. Mr. Speckmann DIVISION reported that the Church just received a copy of the City Planner's report dated June llth. The Church has not had an opportunity to review the recommendations in depth, but Speckmann reported that the Church could live with either recommendation. Speckmann requested that the Commission pass the matter on to the Council without designating an alternative at this time. This Page 11
