MINUTES <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />JUNE 14, 1990 <br />diagram showing exactly what Mr. Stewart is proposing. <br />Mr. Garske recommended that the Stewart property <br />division and variance request be tabled until the next <br />Planning Commission meeting pending additional <br />information. <br />Motion seconded by Drabik. <br />Motion carried 7 - 0. <br />MOSTAD Mr. Mike Kettic, attorney representing Gertrude Mostad, <br />PROPERTY appeared before the Commission requesting approval of <br />DIVISION the division of the Mostad property along Noel Drive <br />into four lots. <br />The City Planner reviewed his report dated June 11, <br />1990. <br />The Commission discussed the Planner's recommendation <br />for timing of removal of the garage and shed on Tract <br />D. <br />The Planner reported that the property division should <br />be submitted in the form of a plat. Once the <br />preliminary plat is approved, the applicant can final <br />plat one tract at a time, thus when Tract D receives <br />final plat approval, that is when the garage and shed <br />would have to be removed. The applicant would not need <br />to final plat each of the tracts until she is ready to <br />sell them. <br />Mr. DeLonais recommended approval of the Mostad <br />preliminary plat of four lots along Noel Drive subject <br />to the recommendations of the City Planner as contained <br />in his report dated June 11, 1990. <br />Motion seconded by Herkenhoff. <br />ST. JOHN'S Mr. Jim Speckmann, attorney representing St. John's <br />CHURCH Church, appeared before the Commission requesting <br />PROPERTY approval of a property division. Mr. Speckmann <br />DIVISION reported that the Church just received a copy of the <br />City Planner's report dated June llth. The Church has <br />not had an opportunity to review the recommendations in <br />depth, but Speckmann reported that the Church could <br />live with either recommendation. Speckmann requested <br />that the Commission pass the matter on to the Council <br />without designating an alternative at this time. This <br />Page 11 <br />
