Office of:
JOEL R. HANSON, Administrator
515 Little Canada Road
Little Canada, MN 55117
612- 484 -2177
FAX: 612-484-4538
CITY OF LITTLE CANADA
RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA
July 6, 1990
TO: Mayor Fahey and Members of the City Council
FROM: Joel R. Hanson, City Administrator
RE: Eagan Assessment - Minnesota Street
MAYOR
Michael Fahey
COUNCIL
Beverly Scalze
Bin Blesener
Rick Canava
Jim LaValle
At the last Council meeting, Steve Grittman identified a property on
Minnesota Street that has been assessed for sanitary sewer, street
and watermain which is apparently unbuildable. Upon review of the
files regarding this matter, it has been determined that the property
owned by Richard J. Eagan was in fact assessed for those
improvements. It has also been determined, based upon a review by
City staff, that the lot is unbuildable.
Before making a final recommendation on this matter, I want to
conduct some additional research regarding the awareness of this fact
by the Council at the time the assessments were levied. I will have
a final recommendation regarding the disposition of this matter
available for Wednesday night's meeting.
se- Page 3
