VIINUTFS <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />JUNE 23, 2004 <br />Fahey stated that he would support a 60-day extension, and if compliance <br />is not achieved, Valor will lose its license. <br />The City Administrator asked if the State would cancel Valor license, if <br />the City does not renew its license. The City Attorney did not think so. <br />The Council noted that Valor will have to achieve compliance with its <br />original site play by August 23`d. If compliance is not achieved, the <br />Council will act to not renew the license at its August 2S'~' meeting. <br />Ntr.
