Fuel Oil Company, appeared
FUEL STATION before the Commission requesting approval of a
KATH BROS. Conditional Use Permit for construction of a new fuel
station. Kath reported that his firm is required by
1998 to meet Federal regulations and remove underground
fuel tanks, and part of the proposal calls for removal
of those tanks and installation of the new -style tanks.
Kath also described the gas station and car wash which
are being proposed, and elimination of the fuel
dispensing area between the two existing buildings.
Costa questioned the need for an additional fuel
station in the area.
Kath reported that they are hoping to attract
contractor traffic to the fuel station, however, the
station will be open to the general public as well.
Page 9
