Centre Place - Streets, curb and gutter, water, sanitary <br />sewer, storm drainage, and grading for 19 residential <br />lots. (11 lot subdivision plus 8 additional lots <br />abutting street.) Estimated construction cost = <br />$300,000. Plans and specifications are being <br />finalized, and we are preparing for advertisement for <br />bids. <br />Country Drive - MSA street reconstruction of approximately <br />2,200 lineal feet. Estimated construction cost = <br />$452,500. Plans and specifications are being <br />finalized. <br />Note: All of the above projects will involve the levying of <br />special assessments pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter <br />429. <br />Scope of Services: <br />The municipal engineering services to be performed will include <br />the following: <br />Preliminary feasibility analysis; design engineering; <br />assistance with bidding; construction observation, <br />coordination, and inspection; surveying; assessment of <br />costs; project follow -up; public presentations; maintenance <br />of engineering records and maps; review and approval of <br />plats, fill permits, and grading plans; and other <br />miscellaneous duties as may be assigned. <br />Submission of Proposals: <br />If your firm is interested in being considered for this position, <br />we would ask that you submit your proposals which address all of the <br />information requested in Exhibit A. Ten copies of your proposal must <br />be received at City Hall by 4:30 p.m. on Monday, March 5, 1990.
