Note: All of the above projects will involve the levying of special assessments pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429. Scope of Services: The municipal engineering services to be performed will include the following: Preliminary feasibility analysis; design engineering; assistance with bidding; construction observation, coordination, and inspection; surveying; assessment of costs; project follow -up; public presentations; maintenance of engineering records and maps; review and approval of plats, fill permits, and grading plans; and other miscellaneous duties as may be assigned.
