MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />JULY 10, 2013 <br />Homel pays all associated costs related to the subdivision of and transfer <br />of title for this property. <br />Montour introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2013 -7 -125 — APPROVING THE CONCEPT OF <br />THE SLEEPY HOLLOW LAND SWAP AS PRESENTED BY THE <br />PUBLIC WORKS SUPERINTENDENT AND CITY <br />ADMINISTRATOR CONTINGENT ON MR. HOMEL AGREEING TO <br />PAY ALL ASSOCIATED COSTS WITH SUBDIVISION AND <br />TRANSFER OF THIS PROPERTY <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by McGraw. <br />Ayes (5). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />TEMPORARY The City Clerk reported that the Little Canada Recreation Association has <br />LIQUOR requested temporary liquor licenses for their Canadian Days Tournament <br />LICENSES — August 2 -4, 2013 and Kickball Tournament September 7, 2013. <br />LCRA Application materials are in order and the appropriate liquor liability <br />insurance has been submitted. The Clerk reported that the LCRA <br />President has agreed that LCRA will abide by the liquor serving rules that <br />were in place for the 2012 Canadian Days Celebration. <br />Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2013 -7 -126 — APPROVING TEMPORARY <br />LIQUOR LICENSES FOR THE LITTLE CANADA RECREATION <br />ASSOCIATION FOR CANADIAN DAYS TOURNAMENT TO BE <br />HELD AUGUST 2 -4, 2013 AND FOR KICKBALL TOURNAMENT TO <br />BE HELD SEPTEMBER 7, 2013 SUBJECT TO COMPLIANCE WITH <br />LIQUOR SERVING RULES THAT WERE IN PLACE FOR THE 2012 <br />CANADIAN DAYS TOURNMENT <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Keis. <br />Ayes (5). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />WARMING The Parks & Recreation Director presented the Council with an update of <br />HOUSE costs associated with the proposed warming house project. I-Ie indicated <br />PROJECT that the City Engineer has estimated utility costs for the project at $23,500 <br />if those utilities are done in conjunction with the Little Canada Road <br />improvement. This includes the cost of bringing water and sewer into the <br />10 <br />
