This will be a policy issue to be addressed by <br />the City Council. <br />* You are entitled to an appraisal of your property at <br />City expense to help determine the amount of just <br />compensation for your property. By proceeding in the <br />.manner we have discussed, you are agreeing to waive this <br />right. <br />* The City will pay all costs associated with drafting and <br />recording of the easement document. <br />* After the documents have been recorded, payment will be <br />processed. If there is a mortgage on your property, <br />then the mortgagee will be listed as a payee on the <br />check.. <br />* Construction of the improvement may begin on or about <br />Friday, October 5, 1990.
