Apparently right -of -way was <br />to have been dedicated when the Johnson lot was <br />split and during other property subdivision <br />actions in that area. Records indicate that the <br />Johnson easement as well as some of the other <br />easements may not be in 'place. Access from LaBore <br />is being research by Mr. DeBace to determine its <br />feasibility. <br />* Also, in reference to an earlier question about <br />renaming DeSoto Street, it appears this authority <br />is vested with the City. Minnesota Statutes <br />Chapter 412.221, Subdivision 18 states that a city <br />can rename streets by ordinance. <br />Mr. DeBace will be present at Wednesday's meeting to <br />discuss this matter further.
