MINUTES <br />City Council <br />April 12, 1989 <br />Organized Mr. Fahey asked Mr. Chlebeck to check the City's contract <br />Collection with Super Cycle before the next meeting to see if Super <br />(cont.) Cycle has agreed to pickup recyclables at businesses. <br />Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved <br />its adoptionT, <br />MFR T ON. NO. 89 -4 -134 - DEALING STRICTLY WITH <br />LICENSED RESIDENTIAL HAULERS WITHIN THE CITY OF <br />LITTLE CANADA WHO ALSO ABIDE BY ALL REGULATIONS OF <br />THE COUNTY AND THE STATE AND ARE LICENSED BY SUCH <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mrs. Scalze. <br />Ayes (5) Biesener, Collova, Fahey, LaVaile, Scalze. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 21, Page <br />Mr. Biesener introduced the following resolution and moved <br />its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 89 -4 -135 - EXCLUDING COMMERCIAL <br />UNITS, MULTIPLE FAMILY UNITS, AND MOBILE HOME <br />PARKS FROM THE ORGANIZED COLLECTION CONTRACT AND <br />ADDRESSING THEM AT A LATER DATE WITH THE INTENT TO <br />START RECYCLING WITHIN THOSE ORGANIZATIONS AS SOON <br />AS POSSIBLE <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Collova. <br />Ayes (5) Biesener, Collova, Fahey, LaVaile, Scalze. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 21, Page <br />Page 19 <br />
