Minutes City Council May 24, 1989 Stellick Property Division (cont.) Mr. Grittman stated that this is something that could be done to allow easement parking from the existing parking lot. Mr. Grittman felt that it would not be a problem once Mr. Stellick came to develop it, whether it is going to stand on its own or it is going to be an expansion of the Market Place then. Mr. Fahey stated that the Market Place is on a private road there. The Market Place is not on a public access; therefore, if the Council approves the split on a private road, someone may think that they may simply come in and build on it and get a permit; introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 89 -5 -215 - APPROVING THE STELLICK LOT SPLIT SUBJECT TO THE RECOMMENDATIONS CONTAINED IN THE PLANNER'S REPORT OF MAY 8, 1989, SUBJECT TO A DETERMINATION OF THE CITY ATTORNEY CONCERNING WHETHER A PARK CHARGE IS APPLICABLE, AND SUBJECT TO PAYMENT OF ANY SUCH PARK CHARGE BY THE APPLICANT IF DETERMINED THAT ONE IS DUE The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Ayes (5) Blesener, Collova, Fahey, LaValle, Scalze. Nays (0) . Resolution declared adopted. Mr. Blesener suggested that the City Clerk research the park charge to see if it was previously paid. Mr. Blesener stated that the City Clerk should check to see how it was combined. Mr. Blesener felt that if Ramsey County combined it again for convenience, the park charge may not be appropriate again. Orgaxz ed' Mrs. Kathy Tipler, a representative from the Solid Waste Collection Advisory Committee, appeared before the Council to give an update on organized collection. sirs.
