16. Only TMA approved stands/ steps are acceptable. Use of any homemade stands /steps is <br />prohibited for safety reasons. <br />17. Only buckthorn can be cut for shooting lanes. Cutting should be flush with the ground. <br />Shooting lanes should be minimized so that stand locations are not readily apparent. <br />18. Archers must park in designated areas only and have a City supplied parking permit <br />properly displayed. <br />19. Only deer may be taken during special hunts. <br />20. Hunters must log in an out of the hunt areas each time they leave. The MBRB hunt <br />coordinator will provide a log in sheet at an appropriate location. <br />21. Archers cannot track deer outside of hunt boundaries. Hunters must contact the MBRB <br />hunt coordinator if deer retrieval is required outside of hunt boundaries. The hunt <br />coordinator will make arrangements for police escort, or obtain landowner permission <br />before tracking deer onto adjacent properties. <br />22. Hunters shall bring a small shovel with them as part of their hunt gear to enable them to bury <br />entrails at the hunt site. The burial site must be well out of view from any residence or other <br />area where the public could be present or have visual access. NOTE: Some sites, due to <br />their proximity to residences, will require that the entire deer be removed from the property <br />before the removal of entrails. Processing of those deer will be conducted at the City's <br />Designated Processing Site. <br />23. Hunters shall make use of approved sanitary facilities located at the Old Fire Station, <br />Spooner Park, City Hall, or other appropriate public restrooms. <br />24. Hunters should immediately report any incidents to the MBRB hunt coordinator. <br />25. Hunters are directed not to speak to any protestors or news media. These incidents are to <br />be reported to the MBRB hunt coordinator immediately. The MBRB hunt coordinator <br />will contact the appropriate City staff and /or the Sheriff's Department who will handle <br />any communication needed. <br />26. Ramsey County dispatch should be contacted immediately in the case of accidents, dial 911. <br />27. Additional restrictions may be added at the required orientation meeting. <br />28. The Hunters understand and agree that the City of Little Canada may modify these rules as <br />deemed necessary in their sole discretion. <br />29. Failure to follow rules will lead to removal from the hunt. <br />10 <br />
