EXHIBIT E <br />City of Little Canada <br />Sculley Property — 2013 Hunting Permit <br />Special Archery Deer Hunt Rules & Agreement <br />1. Deer hunting by archery shall be permitted on the Sculley property located at 3000 <br />LaBore Road and as identified on the attached map. <br />2. Permitted hunters are Dan Sculley, Kevin Sculley, Ryan Griffin, Chad Wickham, and <br />Matt Olson. To be an authorized hunter on the Sculley property, the hunter must be <br />named on this permit and have a valid license issued by the Minnesota Department of' <br />Natural Resources (DNR). The permitted hunters must also have passed a <br />proficiency test at an independent range whereby the hunter must shoot seven (7) <br />arrows from a distance of at least 20 yards at a six -inch target. All seven arrows <br />(100 %) must hit the designated target. Evidence of proficiency testing must be <br />provided to the City for each hunter slated to be on the property. <br />3. The Sculley property is open to hunting by the Sculley party members from <br />September 14, 2013 through December 31, 2013. All hunting occurring during this <br />period must be compliant with the laws and regulations of the Minnesota DNR and <br />the rules listed in this document. <br />4. 1 Iunting is permitted for deer of either sex. <br />5. Hunters must carry this permit with them at all times during hunt. <br />6. Archers must hunt from elevated stands. <br />7. Stands should be discretely placed so as not to be visible from other residential <br />structures in the area or from public road right -of -way. They should be located <br />at least 30 yards from property lines. <br />11 <br />
