An agreement was made May 13, <br />between Margaret and Wayne Bloom and myself, to purchase Bloom's Liquors at <br />2752 Lakeshore Avenue, Little Canada. I would like to start operating the business <br />on June 3, 1991. <br />In submitting the appropriate forms to apply for these licenses, I wanted to make you <br />aware that as of today, I have started the process of incorporating. I will furnish the <br />corporation information as soon as possible. <br />My previous work experience has been as a manager at a liquor store in Dallas from <br />1982 to 1990. If you wish, my previous employer will provide an excellent reference. <br />Prior to working in Dallas, I received a B.S. degree from Lincoln University at <br />Jefferson City, Missouri. <br />It is my intention to operate a honest and respectable business and I respectfully <br />submit this application for your consideration.
