Little Canada Road <br />Little Canada, MN 55117 <br />Re: Shoulder Paving Agreements <br />Divisions of: <br />Engineering <br />Maintenance <br />Mobile Equipment <br />Environmental Services <br />We are proposing road shoulder paving in 1991 in conjunction <br />with recycling and overlay projects on County Road B from <br />1,325 feet east of Rice Street to Edgerton Street. As your <br />know, our cost participation policy calls for municipal <br />participation in shoulder paving costs. The City cost share <br />for shoulder paving on this section of County Road B would <br />be $3,060 for 1,640 lineal feet of paving. <br />I have enclosed two copies of Agreement No. 91008 between the <br />City and the County for City cost participation. Please <br />arrange for execution of this agreement, if the City desires <br />paved shoulders on County Road B, and return both copies to <br />me. After completion of approvals, the City and County will <br />each retain one copy of the agreement. Please call me if you <br />have any questions. <br />Daniel G.
