Ramsey County Agreement No. 91008 <br />City of Little Canada Agreement No. <br />Agreement for Construction of Paved Road Shoulders <br />THIS AGREEMENT, by and between the County of Ramsey, a political <br />subdivision of the State of Minnesota, hereinafter referred to as the <br />"County ", and the City of Little Canada, a political subdivision of the <br />State of Minnesota, hereinafter referred to as the "City "; <br />WHEREAS, In 1991 the County plans to improve County Road B from 1,325 <br />feet east of Rice Street to Edgerton Street via pavement recycling and <br />overlay; and <br />WHEREAS, The improvement work is proposed to include the installation <br />of bituminous shoulder paving; and <br />WHEREAS, Under the County cost participation policy as outlined in <br />Resolution 9 -1272 the City is to pay 75% of the cost of shoulder <br />paving. <br />The parties mutually agree as follows: <br />1. The County will construct six foot width paved shoulders within the <br />City on the north side of County Road B from 1,325 feet east of Rice <br />Street to Mcmenemy Street as part of the recycling and overlay <br />improvement of this roadway. <br />2. The estimated cost of the portion of added shoulder paving in the <br />City is $4,080 for 1,640 lineal feet. <br />3. The 75% City share of the shoulder paving cost shall be $3,060. <br />4.
