Little Canada CUP Application 1 April 1991 Page 5
The proposed use can be accommodated with existing public services and will not
overburden the City's service capacity.
The proposed equipment structure will be an unoccupied use. The only utilities
necessary are electricity and telephone. The facility will have virtually no impact
on traffic conditions on the adjacent roadway since the facility is a low intensity
use that will be visited relatively infrequently by one or two maintenance
technicians.
I hope this letter will serve to better explain our application and answer some of your
questions. If we can be of further assistance, please contact me at 339 -3300. We will
be in attendance at your meeting on April 11 to make a full presentation and fully
address any questions that you may have. We appreciate the assistance that we have
received from the City staff and look forward to working with you to improve cellular
phone service in the Little Canada area.
Sincerely,
DAHLG N, SHARDLOW, AND UBAN, INC.
Timothy
Attachments:
lloy
Check for Application and Filing Fee in the Amount of $400
Completed Conditional Use Permit Application Form
Certified List of Property Owners within 350 Feet
Site Plan and Elevation Drawing
PUD Site Plan for Little Canada Professional Park
Letter from James R.
