MINUTES <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />AUGUST 8, 1991 <br />COUNTRY DR. <br />STREET <br />VACATION <br />improvements to the property in excess of 50% of the <br />fair market value of the non - conforming structure as <br />requested by Gloria Favis for 34 Little Canada Road <br />subject to the recommendations of the City Planner as <br />contained in his report dated July 9, 1991, subject to <br />submission of a landscaping plan showing parking that <br />meets the approval of the Building Inspector and City <br />Planner, and since the Commission believes that if the- <br />CUP and Variance are not approved the result will be an <br />empty lot that will incur City maintenance costs, the <br />other existing houses in the area will not be vacated <br />for a long time, and there is no reasonable reuse of <br />the property. <br />Motion seconded by Pedersen. <br />Motion carried 5 - 1. Garske voted against. <br />Garske stated that in addition to <br />expressed earlier in the meeting, <br />the structure was only 520 square <br />also concerned that should Little <br />upgraded in the future, the front <br />structure would be even less than <br />the other concerns he <br />he was concerned that <br />feet in size. The City Planner reviewed his report dated August 5, <br />STREET 1991 regarding vacation of a portion of Condit Street. <br />VACATION <br />Garske recommended vacation of a portion of Condit <br />Street subject to the recommendations of the City <br />Planner as contained in his report dated August 5, <br />1991. <br />Motion seconded by Bendel. <br />Motion carried 6 - 0. <br />AMENDMENT The City Planner reviewed his report dated August 5, <br />TO TIF PLAN 1991 regarding the proposed amendment of the TIF Plan <br />Page 7 <br />
