POSITION TITLE: Parks, Recreation & Forestry Director DATE: January 1982 <br />Freedom <br />% of Time Priority Tasks to Act <br />- Administer the State Grant program for <br />diseased tree control. <br />- Coordinate purchase and installation of <br />all new trees planted on public property. <br />- Coordinate the public information system. <br />- Coordinate the bids process for retaining <br />a City contractor for removal of trees on <br />public and private property. <br />- Maintain the necessary records for year -end <br />reports to the Department of Agriculture. <br />- Supervise preparation of quarterly reports and <br />request for payment to State Department of <br />Agriculture. <br />- Supervise and coordinate the activities of <br />the City Forester. <br />5% A 7.
