RESPONSIBILITY FOR RELATIONSHIPS <br />Internal <br />- Daily personal contact with City Manager to facilitate communication. <br />- Frequent contact with City Manager via reports and memos. <br />- Frequent personal and written contact with Finance Director and Finance Depart- <br />ment personnel regarding funding revenue and expenditures, personnel records, <br />etc. <br />Page 48 <br />
