A site plan showing utilities and utility easements. <br />E. A description of the general operation's use in <br />sufficient detail to enable the Building Official to <br />determine whether the proposed land use is within the <br />uses permitted in the BUD. <br />In the event a "fast track" process is implemented in <br />subsequent stages of construction, design development drawings and <br />schematics shall be provided in lieu of items (A) through (g). As <br />used herein, "fast track" shall mean that plans and construction <br />Occur simultaneously. <br />4. The applicant may develop the PUD in stages in accordance <br />with the general plan of development attached thereto as Exhibit B. <br />5. In the event any real property in the approved PUD permit <br />is conveyed in total or in part, the buyers shall be bound by the <br />provisions of the PUD permit and the site development plan which <br />are the subject of this Agreement. Any conveyance of a lot, <br />building, building site, or part of the development created <br />pursuant to and in conformance with the PUD permit shall not be <br />deemed to create non - conforming lots, building sites, buildings or <br />uses. Subsequent structural additions or alterations may be made <br />provided the provisions of the PUD Permit, this and other <br />applicable ordinances are adhered to. <br />6. More detailed and complete site and building plans may be <br />required from time to time as development proceeds within the <br />project area. <br />7. Any requests for major deviation from the approved plans <br />may require a public hearing and consideration by the City. <br />8. Where there are particular difficulties or unnecessary <br />hardships resulting from the application of the strict letter of <br />the conditions of this Permit, an appeal may be made and a variance <br />may be granted as provided for in the Code of Ordinances of the <br />City. <br />9. The conditions of this Permit are applied to the land and <br />shall not be affected or altered by any subsequent sales, lease, <br />rental or any other change in ownership or tenant status except as <br />may be modified herein. <br />10.
