m -s, 1990 <br />so.s;aa 'n& <br />CHAPTER No. •493 <br />S.F. No. 2017 <br />1 Subdivision 1. The land shall be surveyed and a plat made <br />2 setting forth and naming all thoroughfares, showing all public. <br />3 grounds, and giving the dimensions of all lots, thoroughfares <br />4 and public grounds. All in -lots shall be numbered by beginning <br />5 the numbering with number one and numbering each lot <br />6 progressively, through the block in which they are situated, all <br />7 blocks shall be numbered progressively, by beginning the <br />8 numbering with the number one and numbering each block <br />9 progressively through each plat. Consecutive lot or block <br />10 numbering shall not be continued from one plat into another. <br />11 All outlots shall be designated by alphabetical order beginning <br />12 with outlot "A" in each plat. Durable iron monuments shall be <br />13 set at all angle and curve points on the outside boundary lines <br />14 of the plat and also at all block and lot corners and at all <br />15 intermediate points on the block and lot lines indicating <br />16 changes of direction in the lines and witness corners. The plat <br />17 shall indicate that all monuments have been set or will be set <br />18 within one year after recording, or sooner as specified by the <br />19 approving local governmental unit. A financial guarantee may be <br />20 required for the placement of monuments. There shall be shown <br />21 on the plat all survey and mathematical information and data <br />22 necessary to locate all monuments and to locate and retrace any <br />23 and all interior and exterior boundary lines appearing thereon. <br />24 The outside boundary lines of the plat shall be correctly <br />25 designated on the plat and shall show bearings on all straight <br />26 lines, or angles at all angle points, and central angle and <br />27 radii and arc length for all curves. All distances shall be <br />28 shown.,between all monuments as measured to the nearest hundredth <br />29 of a foot. All lot distances shall be shown on the plat to the <br />30 nearest hundredth of a foot and all curved lines within the plat <br />31 shall show central angles, radii and arc distances. If a curved <br />32 line constitutes the line of more than one lot in any block of a <br />33 plat, the central angle for that part of each lot on the curved <br />34 line shall be shown. The width of all thoroughfares shall be <br />35 shown on the plat. Ditto marks shall not be used on the plat <br />36 for any purpose.
