MINUTES <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />AUGUST 13, 1992 <br />PROPERTY <br />DIVISION <br />LOTS 6 -10, <br />BLOCK 9 <br />PARK STREET <br />FINAL PLAT <br />COSTA <br />ESTATES <br />SECOND <br />ADDITION <br />house will be located further than that. Truscott <br />stated that the property will be cleaned up and the <br />lumber and debris removed. <br />There was no one else from the general public present <br />wishing to comment on this matter. <br />Mr. Garske recommended approval of the Conditional Use <br />Permit to move a house onto an existing lot immediately <br />west of 353 Rose Lane as proposed by Ronald Truscott, <br />subject to the cleaning up of the property and <br />contingent upon the recommendations of the City Planner <br />as contained in his report dated August 11, 1992. <br />Motion seconded by Drabik. <br />Motion carried 7 - 0. <br />Mr. Henry Votel, Coronet Development, appeared before <br />the Commission requesting the division of Lots 6 <br />through 10, Block 9, North Heights Addition, as well <br />as the adjacent 30 feet of vacated Lake Street into <br />two lots. Votel pointed out that Lots 6 through 10 are <br />25 to 35 feet in width, and he would like these lots <br />combined into two conforming lots. Votel reported that <br />the property is zoned R -1. No variances are being <br />requested. Utilities are available in Park Street. <br />The property was purchased from Ramsey County as it was <br />tax - forfeited. <br />Mr. Pedersen recommended approval of the property <br />division of Lots 6 through 10, Block 9, North Heights <br />Addition as well as 30 feet of vacated Lake Street as <br />requested by Henry Votel of Coronet Development subject <br />to the recommendations of the City Planner as contained <br />in his report dated August 11, 1992. <br />Motion seconded by Carson. <br />Motion carried 7 - 0. <br />Mr. Bob DeBace, representing the Costa Family, appeared <br />before the Commission requesting approval of the Final <br />Plat for Costa Estates Second Addition. DeBace pointed <br />out that the Final Plat is in conformance with the <br />Preliminary Plat which was approved in 1990. <br />Herkenhoff asked about the elevation of Vanderbie Road <br />and whether the road would be lowered as part of an <br />improvement. <br />Page 7 <br />
