MINUTES PLANNING COMMISSION OCTOBER 8, 1992 area. DeLonais again stated that the Planning Commission is not opposed to the project, but is asking for a site plan. DeLonais suggested that the applicant again meet with the City Planner to discuss site plan requirements. DeLonais suggested that the Planner not charge the applicant for this meeting. The matter can then be brought back to the next meeting. Olson felt that the only thing missing from the site plan he did submit was the existing vegetation. DeLonais pointed out that parking is not shown on the plan. Pedersen reported that the Commission needs a detailed site plan. Olson questioned why staff did not call and inform him of these requirements. Hunting stated that as far as he knew, Steve Grittman did state the requirements to the applicant. Chuck Frattalone reported that 4 1/2 years ago the property owners had this property sold for $175,000. However, at that time the Council declared a moratorium on the sale of property in the area. Now the property owners have the lot sold again for $105,000, and these problems are being encountered. Frattalone reported that they are very close to suing the City. The Commission was informed that the property owners would like to close on this property very soon, and would prefer not to be delayed.
