MINUTES
PLANNING COMMISSION
OCTOBER 8, 1992
area.
DeLonais again stated that the Planning Commission is
not opposed to the project, but is asking for a site
plan. DeLonais suggested that the applicant again meet
with the City Planner to discuss site plan
requirements. The matter can
then be brought back to the next meeting.
Olson felt that the only thing missing from the site
plan he did submit was the existing vegetation.
DeLonais pointed out that parking is not shown on the
plan.
Pedersen reported that the Commission needs a detailed
site plan.
Olson questioned why staff did not call and inform him
of these requirements.
Hunting stated that as far as he knew, Steve Grittman
did state the requirements to the applicant.
Chuck Frattalone reported that 4 1/2 years ago the
property owners had this property sold for $175,000.
However, at that time the Council declared a moratorium
on the sale of property in the area.
