Engehart <br />A. Option 4 - Grind and Overlay <br />We have reviewed costs associated with grinding the existing bituminous mat and utilizing <br />the material as aggregate base. Option 4 is considered comparable to a patch and overlay <br />option except that the benefit of curb and gutter is added to the street. If the City <br />were to pay for 20% of the street costs, the assessment rate would be $46.12/L.F.
