It <br />should also be noted that softened water is not a <br />necessity. <br />The proposal attached contemplates the alternatives listed <br />based on the criteria previously outlined. You will note <br />that a study will be done on a cost not to exceed $3,500. <br />While this is a significant investment, it is my <br />recommendation that we approve this proposal in order that <br />the appropriate analysis can be made. After this phase of <br />the investigation, additional feasibility studies will be <br />needed encompassing a greater array of considerations <br />should the alternative appear feasible.
