Hanson <br />On Friday, May 7, 1993 I spoke at length with Traffic <br />Engineer Dan Soler of Ramsey County. We discussed the <br />above - referenced property as to access, traffic and safety <br />hazards which could be posed by an entrance on Little <br />Canada Road. It was Mr. Soler's recommendation to the City <br />of Little Canada that the curb cut on Little Canada Road be <br />removed. He felt that from a traffic /safety standpoint no <br />access should be located there. However, a 26 foot wide <br />access would be allowed on Centerville Road as this will <br />have the least negative impact on traffic patterns and <br />safety. <br />Mr. Soler also told me that Mr. Gerten will still need a <br />permit to do any work on the County right -of -way.
