Hanson
RE: Conditional Use Permit Application /Site Inspection
303 East Little Canada Road
A site inspection was conducted on April 5, 1993 at 303
East Little Canada Road by City Engineer Mike Lynch, and
myself. This memorandum will be an addendum to the City
Engineer's report.
The conceptual plans submitted by the applicant have been
reviewed. Before allowing the permit to be issued, the
following will have to be addressed:
* Screening - As per Zoning Code 903.020G
* Plan submittal as per UBC - Design & Use of
Building.
* Access to parking area - traffic flow
* Removal of garage
* Parking area must be paved and curbed.
* A survey indicating the description of parcel of
land.
My recommendation at this time be that the applicant submit
the information listed above and address the concerns
raised by both the City Engineer and the City Planner.
JP:slu
cc: Mr. John Gerten
Mr. Mike Lynch, City Engineer
Mr. Steve Grittman, City Planner
Page 33
