Director, Girls Activities <br />After careful consideration of all of the many factors that <br />needed to be addressed in order to create an equitable field use <br />policy for the city, I have finalized my proposal. <br />I discussed it in detail with the Park & Rec Commission at their <br />May meeting and received their unanimous approval. I submit to <br />you that proposal via a copy of the Park & Rec Committee minutes <br />from that meeting and ask for your approval.
