subdivision will comply with all City, county, metropolitan, state <br />and federal laws and regulations, including, but not limited to, <br />subdivision ordinances, zoning ordinances and environmental <br />regulations; including wetland impact and mitigation. The Developer <br />shall obtain all necessary permits and consents for the project, <br />including but not limited to the permit required from the Minnesota <br />Department of Health due to the water main extension, the permit <br />required from the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency for the sanitary <br />sewer main extension, approvals from the Metropolitan Waste Control <br />Commission for any connections to their sanitary sewer lines, the <br />permit required from the Ramsey- Washington Watershed District for <br />grading and storm water discharge, and any permits or approvals <br />necessary to comply with wetland regulations. The Developer shall <br />reimburse the City for any costs or expenses incurred by the City due <br />to the need for any permits or consents, and shall be responsible for <br />compliance with any other requirements imposed by the agencies in <br />question. <br />4. Development Exhibits. The Developer shall develop the <br />proposed plat in accordance with Exhibit A, attached hereto, and on <br />file in the offices of the City; and in accordance with City Council <br />Resolution No. 93 -7 -227 adopted on July 28, 1993. <br />5. Required Improvements. The Developer shall install, at its <br />own expense, the extension of the public improvement consisting of <br />water main, sanitary sewer main, storm sewer, curb and gutter, the <br />first lift of the bituminous roadway, and signage, to be completed no <br />-2- <br />Page 17 <br />
