the permitted or posted capacity. <br />Sec. 12.104 Doors - exit doors shall be maintained and <br />shall be openable from the inside without the use of a key <br />or special knowledge. <br />Sec. 12.105 Exit corridors and stairways shall be <br />maintained in accordance with each application. <br />Sec. 12.113 Exit illumination at any time the building is <br />occupied with light having intensity of not less than one <br />foot candle at floor level. <br />Sec. 12.114 Exit signs shall be required at exit doorways <br />and where necessary to clearly indicate the direction of <br />exit travel. <br />Sec. 29.101 Garages shall conform to all applicable <br />requirements of the Code. <br />Sec. 29.103 Cleaning of parts or removal of grease or dirt <br />shall be done with an approved container. Contents of oil <br />separators or traps of floor drainage systems shall be <br />collected at sufficiently frequent intervals and removed. <br />Sec. 79.501 The storage of Class I and Class II liquids in <br />above- ground tanks outside of building is prohibited <br />(combustible liquids). <br />Sec. 79.301 Stationary tanks, when approved by their <br />listing may be allowed in industrial plants, chemical <br />plants, distilleries, processing plants, and refineries. <br />Sec. 79.601 Flammable or combustible liquids storage tanks <br />may be located underground outside, with proper application <br />and installation in accordance with their listing, and <br />engineered for their use. <br />Page 48 <br />
