ORDINANCE NO. <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 801.040., 803.020., <br />805.020., 806.060., 807.050., 808.230., <br />809.010.(E), 810.040., AND 811.040. OF <br />THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF LITTLE CANADA, <br />RELATING TO LICENSE YEARS OF VARIOUS <br />BUSINESS LICENSES AND THE LICENSE FEE <br />OF MOTOR VEHICLE REPAIR <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE CANADA HEREBY ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. <br />Section 801.040. of the Municipal Code of the City of Little Canada is <br />hereby amended to read as follows: <br />801.040. LICENSE FEE. Where the gasoline filling station as herein <br />defined is located wholly on private property, the annual license fee for <br />such license shall be Twenty -five and No /100 Dollars ($25.00), with an <br />additional annual charge of Ten and No /100 Dollars ($10.00) for each <br />nozzle affixed to a pump or like device used for dispensing gasoline, <br />diesel fuel, or similar products, at the licensed location. The annual <br />license year shall commence July 1 of each year. Licenses for less than <br />one (1) year shall be prorated on a monthly basis of 1 1/2 for each month <br />or portion thereof. <br />Section 2. <br />Section 803.020. of the Municipal Code of the City of Little Canada is <br />hereby amended to read as follows: <br />803.020. APPLICATION, FEE AND LICENSE PERIOD. Application for used <br />car dealers licenses shall be made to the Clerk of the City on a form to <br />be furnished by the Clerk. The fee for such license shall be Twenty -five <br />and No /100 Dollars ($25.00) per year with the license period commencing <br />July 1 of each year. The license fee for any part of a year shall be the <br />same as for a full year. All applications to engage in used car business <br />must be submitted by the Clerk to the City Council at its next regular <br />meeting before such license may be issued. <br />Section 3. <br />Section 805.020. of the Municipal Code of the City of Little Canada is <br />hereby amended to read as follows: <br />805.020. APPLICATION AND FEE. Application for a wagon vendor's <br />license shall be made to the Clerk of the City on a form to be provided by <br />the Clerk. The fee for such license shall be Twenty -five and no /100 <br />Dollars ($25.00) per year with the license period commencing July 1 of <br />each year. The license fee for any part of a year shalibe the same as for <br />a full year. The Clerk shall first obtain approval of the Council before <br />issuing such license. <br />-1- <br />Page 36 <br />
