Section 4. <br />Section 806.060. of the Municipal Code of the City of Little Canada is <br />hereby amended to read as follows: <br />806.060. LENGTH OF LICENSE PERIOD. Amusement park licenses herein <br />provided for shall run for a period of one (1) year from July 1 of each <br />year. <br />Section 5. <br />Section 807.050. of the Municipal Code of the City of Little Canada is <br />hereby amended to read as follows: <br />807.050. APPLICATION. A motor vehicle repair license shall be issued <br />by the City Clerk pursuant to application made by the applicant upon the <br />form to be furnished by the Clerk. The fee for such license shall be <br />Twenty -five and No /100 Dollars ($25.00) for one (1) year with the license <br />year commencing July 1 of each year. The application shall contain the <br />name and address of the applicant, the location where the license is to be <br />used and such other information as the Clerk may require for purposes of <br />the administration of this Chapter. <br />Section 6. <br />Section 808.230. of the Municipal Code of the City of Little Canada is <br />hereby amended to read as follows: <br />808.230. LICENSE PERIOD. Any license for wrecking and junking <br />automobiles issued under this Chapter shall be for one (1) year only with <br />the license year commencing July 1 of each year. Application for renewal <br />must be made by the licensee each year, provided, that the Council may, if <br />it so determines, rely upon the police investigation made for the previous <br />license year. No license shall be renewed if the majority of the owners <br />of property within 500 feet of the parcel of property upon which the <br />license conducts his business, file a written notice of objection to such <br />renewal. Such notice of objection shall be filed with the City Clerk not <br />less than thirty (30) days before the date of expiration of the licensee's <br />license hereunder. <br />Section 7. <br />Section 809.010.(E) of the Municipal Code of the City of Little Canada <br />is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />809.010.(E) a general disposal plan in conformity with Minnesota <br />Pollution Control Agency regulations. <br />Said application shall be submitted to the City Health Officer for <br />investigation. The Health Officer shall determine whether or not the <br />applicant is a responsible individual or company, and whether the <br />applicant possesses the necessary equipment to provide adequate services. <br />The Health Officer shall review any other matters he /she deems pertinent <br />to his /her investigation.
