Section 4. Section 806.060. of the Municipal Code of the City of Little Canada is hereby amended to read as follows: 806.060. LENGTH OF LICENSE PERIOD. Amusement park licenses herein provided for shall run for a period of one (1) year from July 1 of each year. Section 5. Section 807.050. of the Municipal Code of the City of Little Canada is hereby amended to read as follows: 807.050. APPLICATION. A motor vehicle repair license shall be issued by the City Clerk pursuant to application made by the applicant upon the form to be furnished by the Clerk. The fee for such license shall be Twenty -five and No /100 Dollars ($25.00) for one (1) year with the license year commencing July 1 of each year. The application shall contain the name and address of the applicant, the location where the license is to be used and such other information as the Clerk may require for purposes of the administration of this Chapter. Section 6. Section 808.230. of the Municipal Code of the City of Little Canada is hereby amended to read as follows: 808.230. LICENSE PERIOD. Any license for wrecking and junking automobiles issued under this Chapter shall be for one (1) year only with the license year commencing July 1 of each year. Application for renewal must be made by the licensee each year, provided, that the Council may, if it so determines, rely upon the police investigation made for the previous license year. No license shall be renewed if the majority of the owners of property within 500 feet of the parcel of property upon which the license conducts his business, file a written notice of objection to such renewal. Such notice of objection shall be filed with the City Clerk not less than thirty (30) days before the date of expiration of the licensee's license hereunder. Section 7. Section 809.010.(E) of the Municipal Code of the City of Little Canada is hereby amended to read as follows: 809.010.(E) a general disposal plan in conformity with Minnesota Pollution Control Agency regulations. Said application shall be submitted to the City Health Officer for investigation. The Health Officer shall determine whether or not the applicant is a responsible individual or company, and whether the applicant possesses the necessary equipment to provide adequate services. The Health Officer shall review any other matters he /she deems pertinent to his /her investigation. If the Health Officer finds that the applicant -2- Page 37
