Amusement center licenses shall be issued to qualified applicants for one (1) year periods with the commencement date to be July 1 of each year. The annual license fee is One Hundred and No /100 Dollars ($100.00), and said fee shall be paid at the time of making application. In the event said application is rejected, the full fee shall be refunded. Section 10. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
