EXTRACT OF MINUTES <br />OF A MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />NOVEMBER 10, 1993 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of <br />the City Council of the City of Little Canada, Ramsey County, <br />Minnesota, was duly called and held at the City Center of said City <br />on the 10th day of November, 1993 at 7:30 P.M. <br />The following members were present: <br />Hanson, LaValle, Morelan, Pedersen, and Scalze; <br />and the following were absent: None. <br />Council Member introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION CONTINUING THE DEFERMENT OF CERTAIN <br />SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 89 -23, <br />COUNTRY DRIVE FROM SOUTH OWASSO BLVD. TO THE WATER WORKS PROPERTY <br />WHEREAS, <br />The City Council has reviewed assessment deferments for Improvement <br />Project No. 89 -23, and has determined that deferments should be <br />extended for the following described properties: <br />Parcel No. 06- 29 -22 -41 -0005 <br />Parcel No. 06- 29 -22 -41 -0006 <br />Parcel No. 06- 29 -22 -41 -0003 <br />Parcel No. 06- 29 -22 -14 -0006 <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA, THAT: <br />That Council hereby extends the deferred assessment for the above <br />described parcels for an indefinite period of time. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was seconded <br />by Council Member and upon vote taken thereon, the following <br />voted in favor of thereof: <br />Hanson, Scalze, Pedersen, LaValle, Morelan; <br />and the following voted against the same: None. <br />Whereupon said Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />(SEAL) <br />Joel R.
