EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF A MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA NOVEMBER 10, 1993 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Little Canada, Ramsey County, Minnesota, was duly called and held at the City Center of said City on the 10th day of November, 1993 at 7:30 P.M. The following members were present: Hanson, LaValle, Morelan, Pedersen, and Scalze; and the following were absent: None. Council Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION CONTINUING THE DEFERMENT OF CERTAIN SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 89 -23, COUNTRY DRIVE FROM SOUTH OWASSO BLVD. TO THE WATER WORKS PROPERTY WHEREAS, The City Council has reviewed assessment deferments for Improvement Project No. 89 -23, and has determined that deferments should be extended for the following described properties: Parcel No. 06- 29 -22 -41 -0005 Parcel No. 06- 29 -22 -41 -0006 Parcel No. 06- 29 -22 -41 -0003 Parcel No. 06- 29 -22 -14 -0006 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA, THAT: That Council hereby extends the deferred assessment for the above described parcels for an indefinite period of time. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was seconded by Council Member and upon vote taken thereon, the following voted in favor of thereof: Hanson, Scalze, Pedersen, LaValle, Morelan; and the following voted against the same: None.
