However, informational updates will be <br />provided to the Ramsey County Board of Commissioners in these <br />cases. The first review and progress report on operational plans <br />will occur by the end of 1996. <br />C The County may assume responsibility to review the <br />vision and strategy elements of the Strategic Plan by the end of <br />November, 1997 to verify that they continue to represent the <br />priorities and needs of County citizens. <br />12. Distribution of' a final comprehensive strategic plan <br />and evaluation reports summarizing the assessment of <br />achievement of project goals. <br />A. Distribution of documents will occur after action by the <br />Board of County Commissioners consistent with the normal <br />channels of distribution of both municipalities and the County. <br />All members of the Planning Committees and elected officials <br />both of the County and municipalities will be included in the <br />distribution list. <br />B. The County will also comply with an additional intention <br />of the Ramsey County Home Rule Charter as outlined in the <br />Position Papers of the Ramsey County Charter Commission: "to <br />provide one central place in the county that would <br />have all the municipal comprehensive plans." 14 <br />Additional copies of the County's Strategic Plan as well as other <br />plans relevant to the delivery of services outlined in the <br />Charter will be made available in a central place in the County. <br />22 <br />Page 41 <br />
