extension, and any permits required from the Ramsey- Washington Watershed <br />District for grading and storm water discharge. The Developers shall <br />reimburse the City for any cost or expenses incurred by the City due to the <br />need for any permits or consents, and shall be responsible to comply with <br />any other requirements imposed by the agencies in question. <br />4. Required Improvements. The Developers shall install, at their <br />own expense, the extension of public improvements consisting of water main, <br />sanitary sewer main, storm sewer, curb and gutter, bituminous roadway, and <br />signage, to be completed no later than August 1, 1995. Plans and <br />specifications for said improvement shall be prepared by a Registered <br />Engineer of Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates in its capacity as <br />City Engineer. It is also understood that said plans will be prepared in <br />accordance with City specifications. It is further understood that the <br />Developers will retain Frattalone Excavating, Inc. to undertake the <br />installation of the aforementioned public improvements pursuant to the <br />plans and specifications prepared by the City Engineer. A copy of the <br />Developer's contract with Frattalone Excavating shall be provided to the <br />City. The City Engineer shall inspect the construction of the <br />improvements, and upon satisfactory completion of the construction, he <br />shall certify same and recommend acceptance of the improvement by the City. <br />Nothing in this provision shall prevent the Developers from undertaking any <br />inspections deemed necessary to ensure satisfactory completion of the <br />project. The City will provide construction staking subject to <br />reimbursement by the Developers. <br />5. The Developers will also provide a paved turn - around at the end <br />of Leeward Way which will have a 50' radius. <br />6. Easements. The Developers will dedicate easements as necessary <br />for the construction and existence of public improvements pursuant to City <br />requirements.
